Binous Gym review
Binous is, without a doubt, the best gym in Dubai. It offers an extensive selection of bodybuilding equipment, as well as cardio and functional areas. This includes over 450 machines from leading brands, including Panatta.
Its facilities are spread across four connected, air-conditioned warehouses, interspersed with cafés, restaurants, and shops. You'll also find a hairdresser there if you need a cut before you head out.
A ladies' gym is accessible from a side entrance, and a posing room is available on request.

Binous Gym is open every day of the year from 5:00am to 1:00am, including Ramadan. Please note that Binous Gym is no longer open on a 24/7 basis.
